Noelle Schneider is a third year student majoring in Premedicine and pursuing a Spanish minor. She is from a small town in Lancaster, PA, but is excited to transition to State College! Noelle has previously served in the Student Government Association at Penn State Harrisburg as the Parliamentarian. Additionally, she has served on the Constitutional Review Committee of CCSG. She is eager to transition to the University Park campus and serve as the Chief of Staff of CCSG to continue to advocate for students. With the Viramgama-Akbar administration, she is determined to make sure that the student voice is present and the Commonwealth is represented.
