Meet Janice, CCSG’s 2021-2022 Programming Director. She is a Filipina born on the island of O’ahu, Hawai’i in a town called Waipahu. She will be an upcoming Junior at University Park as a Kinesiology major and minor in Diversity & Inclusion. Starting her PSU journey off in her first year at Beaver, then due to the pandemic, transferred to World Campus (WC) for her second year. During her time at Beaver she has been involved in the Student Government Association (SGA) and then continuing her leadership skills at WC to serve as Penn State World for THON’s Vice Executive Chair. On her free time Janice loves to play and cuddle with her chow chow dog, Boba, who was named after her favorite drink. She enjoys watching k-dramas, anime, going out to surf, and eating Korean BBQ. She is excited to see and get to know all of your faces on campus this upcoming year at council meetings, classes, and etc.
